April 2010 - Piranha Golf Australia was delighted to be a sponsor for the“2010 Sakura Cup” in Tokyo, Japan (coordinated by our man on the ground, Peter McEntyre). The Sakura Cup is an event for expatriates from all over the world who currently live in Japan. The winner of this year’s event was a lady who delighted in winning a set of Piranha clubs!

January 2010 – Guinness World Record broken at the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, Florida for the most number of golf balls hit by one individual in a continuous 12 hour period. Our event partner was Egan Golf out of Ireland (www.egangolf.com), and the charity supported was the Folds of Honor Foundation (www.foldsofhonor.com), based in Oklahoma.
April 2010 – In concert with our friends at the Littlest Golfer(www.thelittlestgolfer.com) who were the lead sponsor at the “3rd Annual Eliada Charity Classic” held at The Grove Park Inn Golf Club, Asheville, North Carolina, Piranha Golf supported the event with golf product and other items. Eliada is a 107 year old non-profit agency serving North Carolina’s children and families.
April 2010 – After becoming aware that Captain Mike Beaudet, US Air Force, was looking to find sponsors to support three tournaments at Hickham AFB in Hawaii, designed to raise funds to assist airmen and women meet the cost of attending the annual PACAF Ball, Piranha Golf donated product that was used as prizes during the events. Captain Beaudet and his team did a wonderful job of raising money for those who found it difficult to meet the cost of attending the prestigious and morale inspiring ball.
August 2010 – Piranha Golf will be assisting the Executive Women’s Golf Association (EWGA), Asheville Area, North Carolina Chapter with their “Kick-Off Golf Tournament” and membership drive by way of donating product. We will be supporting two further events for this chapter of the EWGA; a tri-chapter tournament, covering Eastern Tennessee and Western North Carolina) in September and a second “kick-off” event will be run in Asheville in March/April 2011.
September 2010 – Piranha Golf will be a substantial product sponsor at the “National Veterans Tee Tournament”(http://www1.va.gov/opa/speceven/tee/index.asp) at the Riverside Casino and Golf Resort in and around Iowa City, Iowa. First endorsed by theDepartment of Veterans Affairs in 2008, this event allows Veterans who are legally blind, are amputees, have other disabilities or those who use wheelchairs, to play golf, to assist in rehabilitation, therapy, camaraderie and to inspire others to overcome life’s obstacles.
September 2010 – Piranha Golf has agreed to support the 14th Annual“Tee It Up Fore Kids Charity Event” (www.teeitupforekids.com) with golf product. This event will be held at the 18-hole "River" course at the The River Club, Suwanee, Georgia which course was designed by our fellow Aussie, Greg Norman.
August 2011 – Piranha Golf will be a product sponsor at the “National Veterans Golden Age Games” (NVGAG) to be held in Hawaii (www.veteransgoldenagegames.va.gov). NVGAG offers one of the most progressive and adaptive rehabilitative senior sports programs in the world. As the premier senior adaptive rehabilitation program in the United States, this event is the only National multi-event sports and recreational seniors’ competition program designed to improve the quality of life for older Veterans, including those with a wide range of abilities and disabilities. Several of the competitive events also serve as qualifiers for the National Senior Games. The Event sponsors are -Department of Veterans Affairs, Help Hospitalized Veterans andVeterans Canteen Service.
September 2011 - Piranha Golf was delighted to support the 2011 Marilynn Smith LPGA Charity Classic in Arizona. Marilynn, a co-founder of the LPGA Tour, runs this annual tournament to raise scholarship funds for aspiring young female golfers proposing to enter college to pursue a golf career.
February 2012 - Piranha Golf supported a fund raising effort by members at the Moon Valley Country Club who sought to raise funds to contribute to breast cancer research.
March 2012 - Piranha Golf supported a general fund raising effort by Temple Chai in Phoenix, AZ after a request from Debbie Waitkus, CEO and Founder of Golf For Cause and Past President of Women In Golf Industry.
